How to Guest Post on Jobtrakr

Jobtrakr is a growing community of professionals and recruiters.  If you have expertise or experience in a particular area, we want to give you the opportunity to reach our community.  

What can I write about?

  • Your guest post/article must be an original post of new content.
  • Your article/post should be relevant to the Jobtrakr community.  We cover jobs related issues and topics. Feel free to take a look at our past posts to get a feel of the various topics that we cover.
  • The content should be appropriate for readers of all ages.
  • Chances are that your post will be edited.  We have space constraints and requirements, so we may do some nips and tucks to get everything to fit perfectly.
  • Your post shouldn’t be a commercial. You can mention your company/organization when appropriate.  We will also mention your company within your guest post.
  • Our readers love “How To” tips and anything that helps them in their careers.  Make that connection with them, and you win the crowd.

What to include

  • Our posts are typically between 350-500 words.  This isn’t a hard rule.  The only thing that we ask is that your post is comprehensive and informative.  As you write your post, would this be something that you would be interested in reading and could learn from?
  • Together with your article (for your first post), please include a 3-4 line byline about yourself along with a photo.  Black and White photos are preferred, but not required.

How to send in your post?

Send your post in the body of the email or in Word to jobtrakr@gmail.com.  Within 24 hours, we’ll let you know if we have any additional questions and/or when you can expect your post to appear on Jobtrakr.
