Description

This position in the Dean’s office will perform secretarial and staff support to include: greeting a variety of visitors from students to donors, maintaining the front desk, answering phones, receiving and distributing confidential correspondence. Initiate travel arrangements, requisitions and reimbursements. This position will back-up the Office Manager with payroll processing, file room,OPS/FWS supervision and will also back-up the Dean’s assistant which will require independent judgement and initiation of action: handling the Dean’s calendar, support the Dean with correspondence, preparing draft letters and handling the Dean’s signature items.

Qualifications

A high school diploma and four years of appropriate experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. If minimum requirements of the position do not require post high school education, an applicant is not required to provide the information on the application.
