Customer Service Specialist (Orlando, FL)

A bank in South Orlando is looking for a Customer Service Support Specialist. This individual will be primarily responsible for addressing all calls related to banking issues, billing inquiries and account discrepancies.
Each specialist handles an average of 100-150 calls on a daily average.
For this position we are primarily targeting candidates with previous call center background that have a strong background in customer service and a stable work history. For example, benefits, accounts receivable, etc. Banking or financial background is preferred. They have to be willing to work in an environment though that is structured (breaks at certain times) and where you will be in a cubicle sitting all day.
Hours of Operation: Monday- Saturday 8am -10pm (You will receive an eight hour shift in between that time)
This position would be for an 11 month contract at $10.00/hour.
