Marketing Coordinator at Smoke Bones Bar & Fire Grill (Orlando, FL)
Description
The Marketing Coordinator will provide support and assistance to the marketing team at Smokey Bones. The individual will be integrally involved in the day to day support of marketing programs and systems. Administrative support will includ, but not be limited to marketing, travel arrangements, printing, tracking, customer service and company communication. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting a marketing team or marketing initiatives. They will provide guest service for Smokey Bones that lives our core values and service principles.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Coordination and Management of Gift Card Fulfillment
- Coordinate, manage and complete fulfillment of Guest Loyalty program (Bones Club)
- Marketing Billing and Invoicing
- Menu Changes Tracking
- Support administrative marketing functions including email communications, project bids, print production, distribution, scheduling, quotes, shipping and other various marketing projects
- Coordination of Local Store Marketing Support and field calls from restaurant teams
- Organization of marketing requests from individual restaurants
- Coordination of all marketing collateral requests, proofing and ensuring on-time delivery of orders,
- Acting as a liaison to restaurant management teams and the beverage department for support of new and existing marketing initiatives
- Providing creative copy for marketing materials and e-mail communications including E-Blasts
- Manage calendar/phone/mail/travel/meetings/expense reporting and other various administrative duties
- Ability to collect data and images from various sources, analyze and then create PowerPoint Presentations to convey messaging that is visually appealing for intended audience
- Interface with guests and restaurant leadership
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years administrative assistant experience
- Marketing coordinator or marketing assistant experience highly preferred
- Proven experience handling confidential information
EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree or equivalent combined education and experience preferred
- Certified Administrative Professional certification preferred
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Proficient in Powerpoint including Development of Presentations
- Proficient with Outlook /Word /Excel
- Social Media proficiency
- Ability to anticipate needs and issues and effectively resolve them
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task with a variety of tasks to meet deadlines
- Must be ambitious and willing to take on increasing job challenges in a constantly changing environment
