The PCPC Senior Business Development (BD) Executive must be an expert in the overall health care delivery system and very knowledgeable in all aspects of healthcare reform, with particular expertise in value-based reimbursement arrangements between payers and providers. S/he will have particular expertise in the office-based physician practice market place. S/he will have significant experience selling healthcare solutions (RCM, PPM, Healthcare IT, etc.) to the C-Suite of physician provider organizations.The PCPC Senior BD Executive will be expert in solution selling, diagnostic business development, and/ or other complex healthcare B2B selling constructs. S/he must have experience selling Healthcare IT and service-based solutions that require complex contractual components, involving internal and outside counsel and external valuation consultants to complete the deal.The PCPC Senior BD Executive must be able to work cross functionally and manage a broad range of matrixed relationships with internal functions. S/he must demonstrate a keen ability to build and maintain both external and internal relationships.
