Responsibilities
- Create tournament and events budgets
- Track tournament and event costs
- Review and process production invoices and expense reports
- Production contract management (ensure adherence to terms and pay dates)
- Assist Production Managers with all accounting and finance issues
- Compile and track various revenue and expense analytics on a weekly and monthly basis to assist management in making business decisions
- Support major financial initiatives, including the annual budget process
- Support Manager in monthly reporting and reconciliations, as well as ad-hoc reporting requests
- Other duties as needed

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Strong computer, skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
