A Case Study on Why Employers MUST Take Care of Their Employees

All the talk this morning is about how replacement referees blew a call during last night’s football game.  We are missing the bigger picture.

This is a cautionary lesson in why employers MUST take care of their employees.  If you don’t, your product and your brand suffers.  And we are seeing that play out before our very eyes.

If you take care of your people, in turn they take care of your customers and your brand continues to thrive.  What we are seeing is a flat out shame.  To be quite honest, it’s not even the replacement refs faults.  They are obviously in over their heads.

Before someone gets hurt or a team’s season is loss unnecessarily, I really hope the NFL owners and Roger Goodell get this thing figured out.  Instead of talking about the great play on the field, we will continue to spend our time talking about the horrible officiating.  Pay the refs!
