Description

Kforce is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for an Orlando, Florida client. The Coordinator will provide administrative support primarily in the area of recruitment and work closely with Recruiters in all phases of the recruiting process. The Staffing Coordinator will assist with the processing of internal and external job postings and resume responses for our client’s open positions. Manage aspects of applicant communication (non-selection letters, offer letters, offer packets, employment inquiries, and ESI organizational communication).

Assist with maintaining open requisition and other staffing reports. Assist with the new-hire drug and background screening program and applicable tracking. Maintain and order office supplies and HR materials. Provide mail correspondence, faxing, photocopying and filing of paperwork. Assist Recruiters in all phases of the recruiting process including managing resume responses, maintaining applicant flow logs, prescreening potential candidates, and closing out filled requisitions. Schedule interviews as necessary on behalf of Recruiters.

Proactively identify new recruiting sources and track the success of sources used in the process. Independently complete pre-employment screening processes (drug testing and background checking) and provides assistance in tracking results. Provide results to HR as part of new hire applicant paperwork. Administer all position-specific evaluations (typing tests, job surveys, etc.) when required. Order all office supplies and recruiting materials to be used by the Recruiting Department. Work on special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Prior HR experience is preferred, but is not required. Experience working with confidential information and the ability to work in a very fast paced environment is critical.
