An administrative assistant/receptionist is needed for an insurance company in Lake Mary. Job duties for the administrative assistant/receptionist will include performing administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, word processing, formatting Microsoft Word documents, setting up Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, ordering office supplies, filing, and faxing. Extensive software skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and the Internet are required. Also requires strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and strong organizational skills.
