Communication is a critical component of job search. In general, job seekers have difficulty talking about themselves. Besides being too humble, it is difficult for them to say what they really mean.  Speaking in generalities or only in terms of what is important to you does not work in your favor. As you craft your answers to questions, pay attention to what the receiver of your message really cares about.
