Daily Tickr: Some Facebook Posts Are Fair Game, Says Judge

Not sure if this is going to open up Pandora’s box, but a California judge recently ruled in a discrimination case against Home Depot that posts that discuss working at Home Depot, or messages to her fellow employees was permissible.  Grant it, this ruling is just in one state, but what if other states jump on the bandwagon?  What if they don’t just stop at Facebook.  Are LinkedIn and Twitter posts next?
