Jay Z Movie: Made in America Festival Filmed by Ron Howard

The buzz for Jay Z‘s Made in America Festival is reaching a fever pitch.  The two day event which will take place in Philadelphia on Sept. 1 and 2, will be filmed by Brian Grazer and Ron Howard and executive produced by Hov and Steve Stoute.

“The festival showcases 20 pre-eminent artists that speak to the new generation. I am producing the film with Steve Stoute and Jay,” Grazer told the New York Post. “He is a phenom, like a musical Michael Jordan.”

Budweiser is the official sponsor of the festival, and other acts scheduled to appear include, Drake, Pearl Jam, Run-DMC, Skrillex, Rick Ross, Miike Snow, Odd Future and Janelle Monáe.
