FoundersCard: Executive-Style Privileges for Entrepreneurs

July 24, 2012

Misc

One of the benefits of working for a large company is being able to take advantage of the negotiated discounts and benefits that come with being an employee of the company.

But what happens when you decide to blaze your own trail and launch your own venture?  You lose out on some of those great benefits that you once had.  The guys over at FoundersCard set to out to make sure that entrepreneurs still had the opportunity to get discounts.

FoundersCard gives entrepreneurs the ability to enjoy executive style discounts through it’s membership program.  In the last couple of days, they have added some big names to the list of retailers that they are partnering with to be able to extend discounts to entrepreneurs.

A few of the retailers that, I am fans of such as MR Porter, Trunk Club and Bonobos are all on board and offering great discounts.  For example

  • 25% at Bonobos (men’s clothing e-tailer) and exclusive personal shopping hours.
  • $200 off your first order of $500 at Mr. Porter, and VIP access including a personal shopper and early access to new items.
  • $100 of free money towards your first order at Trunk Club.

Membership is by invitation only, and the annual fee is $495.  Fortunately, we were able to work out a deal with FoundersCard.  You can use the code FCTRAKR12 to get your annual membership for just $295.
