The 4th of July in my humble opinion really kicks off the summer. What better way to enjoy the summer than with a convertible? A McLaren convertible at that. Wildly rumored to be a possibility, McLaren makes good on its promise for a convertible. Built on the same underlying race-car technology as the 12C coupé, including the carbon MonoCell chassis, the 12C Spider introduces a folding hard roof that drops in and can be operated while the car is moving. The 7 Speed SSG dual-clutch transmission that can launch you from 0-62 in just 3.1 seconds, with a top speed of 204 mph.
